Sherman Winter Jam

Built in the 1920s, the historic Sherman Theater has become the go-to place for major concerts and entertainment events in the Poconos. Their lineup for February includes Baltimore-based funk band Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, rapper Fetty Wap and the Sherman Winter Jam. The latter is a full night of funk, bluegrass and folk music from local acts including Launch Pad and Jordan Grace.  The event benefits homeless veterans, with Paul’s House onsite collecting coats and blankets for donation. Also look for the premiere of the music video for the headlining act’s tune “Let’s Fight for Them.” The venue holds up to 1,200 seated guests, so there should be plenty of tickets left at the door.
