FAQs & Policies


Check-in is guaranteed at 4pm and Check-out is 11am. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, you are able to use the facilities such as the pool, hiking trails, etc. A valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit card are required upon check-in.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. A deposit of one night’s room and tax is charged at the time your reservation is made.

A daily charge of $85 will be authorized for incidentals. After checkout, please allow 3-5 business days to release any holds from a credit or debit card.

Pets are not permitted. Only service animals are allowed on the resort property.

Frequently Asked Questions

Resort Guests and Homeowners Only. Wristbands are required to be worn by resort guests and homeowners while on the hiking trails.

No, you don’t have to be a resort guest to enjoy our restaurants. However, we highly suggest making reservations in advance.

It is strongly suggested making Activity and Dining reservations in advance.

A boutique oasis nestled on the 5th floor of the historic Skytop Lodge, The Nest at Skytop is a peaceful haven for mind, body and spirit. You will find breathtaking views, locally-made products and gifts, as well as an assortment of massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, and pedicures at The Nest. Please know our space is limited as well as being a “dry spa”, meaning that we do not have a sauna, steam room, or whirlpool. Showers and a quiet room are available to enhance your relaxation. We suggest all reservations reach out to us at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Windsor & Lakeview are resort casual. Dark denim and dress shorts are permitted. Jackets and ties are optional. We ask that you please wear appropriate footwear and be advised that children over the age of 12 must adhere to the dress code.
