Skytop Lodge offers a delicious array of culinary creations at our Poconos restaurants intended to delight every taste. Bask in scenic splendor at the breathtaking and more casual Lakeview Dining Room at the Inn at Skytop as you please your palate with our chef’s inspirations.

American Plan: The American Plan is part of your package and is the traditional way to dine at Skytop. For each night you stay under the American Plan you will enjoy 3 delicious meals in one of our beautiful dining rooms. These include the Lakeview Dining Room at the Inn and the Windsor Dining Room in the Main Lodge. The meal hours are posted just outside the dining rooms.

Or discover the quaint charms of the Tea Room or the Tap Room, sporting English pub decor and a festive atmosphere rich with yarns about the day’s adventures.

Gentlemen are asked to wear jackets for the evening meal—ties are optional—in the Windsor Dining Room in the Main Lodge.

The seasonal Lake View Dining Room at the Inn at Skytop, provides a more casual atmosphere. Attire for the Lakeview Dining Room includes collared shirts, sweaters and slacks. Jeans, tee-shirts, hats and pool attire are not permitted.

Room service is also available during meal hours.

Special Dietary Requests:

Skytop's culinary team is committed to offering options to accommodate our guests who require lifestyle dining options as well as specific requests from those with food allergies or intolerances. Advanced notice is strongly recommended and required. Skytop will use reasonable efforts to prevent the introduction of allergen of concern into the food through close attention during our sourcing, preparation, and handling processes. However, it is ultimately up to the guest to use his or her discretion to makes an informed choice regarding whether to order any particular items. Skytop cannot guarantee that allergens may not have been introduced during another stage of the food chain service process, even inadvertently by us.

Skytop can accommodate most food allergies and intolerances such as gluten, wheat, shellfish, soy, lactose, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or eggs. We can also prepare dishes that meet the needs of our vegetarian patrons. Please contact our dining room Maitre'D at 570-595-7401 EXT: 465 after you have completed your reservation. Please include your name, name of individual with allergy, dates of stay, number of people in your party, phone number and allergens. Please contact us before finalizing your trip as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requests. Please note that we do not have separate kitchens to prepare allergen free items nor a separate dining room for guests with allergies to dine.

A cherished family friend too many long-returning guests and their families, dinner at the Windsor Room is always an event. Located at the western end of the Pine Room in the magnificent Main Lodge, the Windsor Dining Room radiates old-world charm and features a scrumptious sampling of classic American cuisine and a wine list that has won a Wine Spectator Magazine Award of Excellence for ten consecutive years! The meal hours are posted just outside the dining room. Gentlemen must wear jackets for the evening meal and reservations are required. Reservations can be made in person or from your room phone by dialing ext. 465. The dinner menu is posted daily outside the dining room by 2:00 PM. A children's menu is also available upon request.

Dining in our more casual Lakeview Dining Room at the Inn at Skytop offers a breathtaking view of one of Skytop’s lakes and our award-wining golf course. Enjoy a fresh presentation of delicious creations served in an elegant, lakeside setting - a signature experience in an extraordinary place. The Inn can be found by following the path along the South Lawn. The Lakeview Dining Room is seasonal and only open for dinners. Attire at the Lakeview Dining Room is business casual. No jeans, sneakers or shorts please. Reservations are required and can be made in person or by dial EXT: 466

Featuring a 40-bottle single malt scotch list, a 60-bottle international beer selection and a fine array of vintage ports and cognacs, the Tap Room will lay odds they have just what you’re looking for to tickle your fancy. Open from noon to midnight, this full-service bar also offers a selection of pub fare as well as a wine list that has won a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence ten years in a row! (Items from the Tap Room are not included with meal plan.)


A throw back to the “old corner drugstore” our Tea Room boasts what have been called “the world’s greatest milkshakes”! Enjoy an ice cream sundae or an old fashioned egg-crème from our soda fountain. A light menu is also available. (Items from the Tea Room are not included with meal plan.)

Skytop strives to maintain an atmosphere of dignity and good taste. Gentleman are required to wear jackets for the evening meal, ties are optional, in the Windsor Dining Room. Naturally, ladies and children are required to wear appropriate attire as well.
