Fourth of July   Red, White & Blues – Skytop’s All American BBQ in the Pocono Mountains June 29 - July 8

Skytop Lodge is the quintessential All American Resort exceeding guest expectations since 1928. Join us as we show Pennsylvania pride in celebration of Independence Day. Fire Works (on July 5th), Blues Music on the South Lawn played by the Pocono Mountains best local musicians, Regional Beer Tastings, and sumptuous barbeque featuring a whole pig roast! Children & adult activities include Ben Franklin kite making, American traditional bonfire story-telling, a stick ball competition and roasted peanuts, harmonica lessons, Red, White, and Blue Frisbee painting and more.

Bluesberry Festival   “Blues”berry Festival July 12 – July 21
There’s no time for the summertime blues at Sktyop…join us for a 10-day celebration of local blueberries and live blues music!  Let our naturalists show you where to look for wild blueberries and wild edible plants or join them for a “red, white and blue” wildflower walk.  You can even take a trip to the local blueberry farm to pick your own.  Everyone will love afternoon tea with blueberry scones and tea accompanied by live blues music.  Each meal in our dining room will feature special food items made with blueberries and our bakery will give daily baking demonstrations.  Enjoy listening to the blues live nightly in our Taproom.  The entire family will enjoy our first “Blues”berry Festival!


Buck Hill-Skytop Music Festival   Buck Hill-Skytop Music Festival July 26 – August 10
We are excited to present the 4th annual Buck Hill-Skytop Music Festival. This year’s event will feature opera, jazz, dance, musical theater, chamber music and cabaret performances by the finest talent the world has to offer. From Garden to Table Festival   Food & Garden Month August all month long!
Skytop’s magnificent gardens are in full bloom for this summer festival!  We invite you to explore our vegetable and herb gardens with guided tours led by our onsite expert.  Take a tour of the cutting gardens with the ladies of the Skytop Flower Shop then head inside to turn your cut flowers into stunning floral arrangements.  You will enjoy learning how to create tiny desktop terrariums from succulents and moss in mason jars and planting potted herbs to take home.  Cooking demonstrations by our culinary team will showcase produce from Skytop’s gardens and our dining room selections will feature items grown by local farmers.  You don’t want to miss this opportunity to sample the best of what Skytop has to offer!
