One-hour cocktail party with a four-hour dinner reception with a total of four to five hours of open bar included, depending on the package. With two weeks notice, we can extend the length of the reception for a $750.00 per hour room charge. The open bar can be extended as well, charged based on consumption or as cash bar. |

Upon booking, a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is due to reserve your date. Your signed contract is due within two weeks. Six months before the date of the wedding, a $2,000 nonrefundable deposit is due. Schedule an appointment to meet with our floral department for your initial design consultation. |

In March or November you will be invited to attend a Food Sampling Event and begin to finalize your menu options. You will then schedule an appointment with the coordinators to finalize the details of the event. Two weeks before the date of the wedding your final count, final details, meal counts and your final payment are due. One week before the date of the wedding your floor plan and the list of the guests at each table are due. On your floor plan, please note where the following will be seated: the parents of the bridal couple, guests with requested specialty food items or restrictions such as allergies, and children who need highchairs or booster seats. |
