Spring into a health this season!
Starting Friday, April 24th, join us for a welcome reception including a meet and greet with the next days presenters starting at 8pm. Wake up Saturday, April 25th for sunrise yoga at 8am. After, get our your running shoes and participate in our 5k around Skytop’s breathtaking grounds starting at 9am. After the race, enjoy a smoothie bar with health foods to gain your strength back. Enjoy a seminar with a certified dietetic technician and other health specialists at 3pm. End the day with a farm to table family style dinner on our beautiful South Porch*

Emma Kate Keller-
Emma is very excited to be part of Skytop’s first wellness weekend. She is the fitness instructor at Skytop Lodge and also furthering her education in fitness by attending classes through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Coach. Her intention for the workshop this weekend is to talk about the importance of finding balance in your life and living the happiest healthiest life you can. She will also be teaching our Skytop Fitness Classes for you to partake in as well.
Aimee is a postgraduate from Penn State University. She graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in nutrition sciences. Over the years, she has become a certified dietetic technician and helps the local community with nutrition counseling. For two years, she has helped her community handle specific diseases, malnourishment, and has helped mother’s aide their children in a healthy lifestyle. During her time at Penn State, she has managed to work under New York Times Bestseller Barbara Rolls, as her lab assistant and dealt with the importance of energy dense foods in diets. After graduating, she moved back home to pursue her passion for consulting. She has helped many friends along the way, one of them losing over 150 pounds with her service. Aimee helps in food service environments and particularly loves to help children with food allergies and maintaining a diet that is allergy free for them. She has created a blog based on healthy vegetarian living as well as allergenic-free recipes.
A graduate of IIN – The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a certified Health Coach and speaker. Her specialty is teaching women how to be the best they can be at any age through a practical approach to health and nutrition. She speaks about making clean eating fun and affordable, as well as the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle – more energy, better sleep, less stress.
