The day will include something for everyone, with entertainment and rich food samplings set around pristine Skytop Lake! What is the harvest season without wine and food tastings? We’re confirming a number of fabulous national and regional vineyards who will be offering samplings of their wines. Our culinary team is also crafting a mouthwatering menu that blends the taste of the season.

The rustle of silks and feathers under muted conversation was probably the last thing heard by the tragically and unexpectedly deceased at the Annual Billionaires Club Masquerade Ball. With a mystery under each feathery facade, unmasking the killer may be quite a challenge. It’s up to you to determine which party goer is guilty and bring this crime to justice. So grab your magnifying glass, sharpen your detective skills and join us for a fun evening of drinks, suspense and food that’s to die for.
Dancing on the Clouds Nov. 14th
A tradition and guest favorite, spend Saturday polishing your dance moves with our expert dance instructor Vnice Brust who teaches you how to own the dance floor with Swing, Ballroom, and Latin dancing! After your lessons relax and join us for a Big Band themed dinner. Finish your evening dancing in the historic Pine Room with Skytop’s famed 16 piece Orchestra.
Dinner with the GM Nov. 21st
Join us on Saturday, November 21, for a great evening with our new general manager, Jeffrey Rudder, and find out firsthand where Skytop Lodge is headed in 2016. Among the topics he will be discussing is the next phase in our property renovations, which includes the Pine Room and Library Lounge. Enjoy champagne and hors d’oeuvres at a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. in the Pine Room, followed by a five-course dinner at 7:30 prepared by our talented culinary team.
Wine Pairing Dinner Dec. 12th
Join Skytop Lodge for the ultimate food and wine pairing experience. The evening will begin with an intimate interaction where yourself and critically acclaimed Rodney Strong’s east coast Vice President will mix and create expert unique blends catered to your taste. We know that good food and good wine coincide. When properly paired, wine and food have the ability to enhance each other’s flavors, making them more pronounced, and making the entire taste experience a more enjoyable one. Executive chef Rich Beichner will be creating an exquisite menu to be paired with your wine.
